Background History

Primelink Insurance Agency was established in 2012 as corporate, having been operating as an individual agent by the Principal Officer since 2005. It was established by Kenyan investors and professionals who wanted to offer personalized efficient professional insurance services to:-

1. Individuals and their family interests.
2. Commercial investments and transport risks.
3. Parastatal organizations and their investments.
4. Life/pension/medical/accident and family protection risks.
5. Legal and professional indemnity risks.
6. Marine and aviation risks.
7. Schools and other learning institutions.

We are an insurance agency firm dealing with the major insurance companies in Kenya.  We provide insurance covers for our clients designed to client specific needs.  Covers are delivered to clients premises as may wish.  Premium payment is designed to suit the customer needs and capabilities.

We are open from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.  You can call for information you may require 24 hours and you will be served.

Management

Principal Officer: Mr. Newton Ongalo Kimani has over 14 years insurance experience, fully qualified with a CIP certificate from the College of Insurance.

Operations Manager: Ms. Anne Mulwa has over 15 years insurance underwriting experience with a bachelors degree in Business Management and Economics from Moi University and Insurance Risk Management Certificate.

Underwriting Manager: Ms. Emma Mutahi has over 7 years insurance underwriting experience with a bachelors degree in Social Sciences  from Catholic University and AIIK Papers from College of Insurance.
