10% of each and every claim.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS & CLAUSES

a)       Wrongful acts.

b)       Negligence acts (errors and omissions).

c)       Slander and libel of members.

d)       Failure to provide a safe living environment for members and their families.

e)       Frauds committed by employees engaged by the insured.

f)        Negligence acts following the employment of in-competent or dishonest sub-contractors or liabilities attaching as a result of the negligent acts committed by agents of the management.
