d) Failure to provide a safe living environment for members and their families.
e) Frauds committed by employees engaged by the management committee on behalf of the members.
f) Negligence acts following the employment of in-competent or dishonest sub-contracts or liabilities attaching as a result of the negligent acts committed by agents of the management committee.
